- Practice
In order to really improve your form you must practice! Even if it is for 15 minutes each day – practice! Early morning upon rising is always best. Find a quiet space – outside is great – but if that is difficult, it is okay to practice inside. Whatever you choose try find somewhere where you are out of the “wind” including air conditioning! Movement helps keep our body healthy.

Taiji flow! Our classes have really been great. Everyone is “flowing” together! Many of us have been in practice together for many years!
